TL;DR: Your notes stay completely private. We never access, read, sell, or share your data. Everything is stored securely within Atlassian's infrastructure.
1. Data Collection
The App collects and stores only:
- Note Content: The text you write in your private notes.
- Account Identifier: Your Atlassian Account ID (to associate notes with your account).
- Issue Identifier: The Jira issue key for each note.
All data is stored using Atlassian's Forge Storage API. We do not operate any external servers.
2. Data Usage
We use your data solely to save and retrieve your private notes. We do NOT:
- Analyze your note contents
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your data with anyone
- Use your data for advertising
- Transfer data outside Atlassian
3. Data Privacy
Your notes are keyed to your unique Atlassian Account ID:
- Only YOU can see your notes
- Jira Administrators cannot access your notes
- Other users cannot see your notes
- Even we cannot access your notes
4. Data Retention
- Notes are retained as long as the app is installed.
- You can delete notes at any time using the "Clear" button.
- After uninstallation, data remains until Atlassian's retention policies clear it.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
- All data processing occurs within Atlassian's infrastructure.
- You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data.
- We do not sell personal information.
6. Security
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Data at rest is encrypted using Atlassian's security standards.
- No external servers are involved.
